The Attendance Officer will handle all aspects of every truancy, residency, and custody case in Miami county.

Services Include:

• Assisting schools with implementation and execution of all HB410 requirements

• Operating as a liaison between schools and courts

• Operating as a liaison between schools and children's services

• Assisting schools and families with coordination of various wrap-around / support services including mental health, drug and alcohol, counseling, education, employment.

• Assisting schools with McKinney-Vento / homeless cases

• Conducting of residency investigations and obtainment of supporting documentation necessary to complete ODE DRC forms naming correct district of financial responsibility
